Today is the official cheat day! i knew i shouldnt have done it because its only the first week but my grandpa and his wife came up for a visit.
Woke up this morning around 930 and had an apple sauce and a cup of coffee with almond joy creamer (MMM!)
then got amber and manny up to get up and go out running with us. I had planned on going around just the neighborhood, but Amber picked the park you can see from the freeway. Mayfair Park.
i conquered week 2 of the 5k training program. week three scares me but i think i may be ready:
5 minute warm up walk
2 reps of:
jog 90 seconds
walk 90 seconds
jog 3 minutes
walk 3 minutes
followed by:
5 minute cool down
after we ran this morning i allowed myself to have tutti fruitti frozen yogurt.
splurged on a can of chef boyardee ravioli
had a few chips with bean dip and salsa
for dinner had a hamburger and 2 hot dogs
and for dessert ambers homemade coffee cake with a glass of milk.
besides the fact that i desperately want a huge glass of ice water, today cant necessarily happen again.
tomorrow 1500 calories or less, week 3 day 1, and laundry.
oh how fun.
