Well, I made it 21 days on WW and staying below my daily points. I lost 9-10 lbs in October, currently at 161 lbs. Now a new goal. It is about 3 weeks until Thanksgiving. I going for a 5 lbs weight loss. I think I will continue eating below my points without the extra 35 points until I reach my new goal. That way by Thanksgiving, I will most definitely be using my extra points. I want my New Year Rosultion to be Weight Maintenance, not Weight loss. So guys, listen up. Don't wait until the New year to make the same resolution you made the last few years. Make it a weight maintenance year. If we can survive the holidays, we can survive a year of maintenance. Here to WW Days ahead.
