Been really dialed in this week on Diet and the Wife is Finally starting to come around with asking me what I can have for diner (YAY)! Thanks all for the suggestions. Losing approx a lb a day by diet alone right now but will start an exercise routine Sat. or Sun. Walking has done great but its getting cold plus I dinged my knee somewhere's ? My exercise routine will involve the kids too. Take care and stay safe and motivated!

If it is cold get a warm hat, scarf and wear long johns and you should be fine...
