2.5 miles done!! Not a bad food choice day! Now it is time for some much needed rest!! Tomorrow I have a meeting so no exercise! It seems like there is always something to get in the way.. but that's ok this time it won't stop me.. I'll get back out on Wednedsday... then the damn cold weather is coming back! So I guess then it will be time to see if the complex gym has cleared out of the "resolution exercisers"...
