a bad weekend...i broke my ankle on saturday in the am and have only been eating about once a day since then...the meds just have me not hungry...will try to get back on tract today...

i am not going to weigh myself until the cast is off...so i do not know if i will make my mini goal of 170 by 11/16, my 40th...

Awe.... I'm sorry to hear about the ankle! I can relate, I've fractured a bone in my foot and have had multiple sprains throughout my life. Hope you heal up soon! Take care! :)
