Hi leksie - check out on youtube the 'Brothers Green Eats' channel. They have a video titled '10 creative recipes using just an egg' .... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mfRNLcaxTeo I know there are other recipes using cream cheese etc ... I had some success with one of those too ... check out the website dietdoctor.com and search for oopsie bread ... comes amazing. Much better than with just an egg. BUT, the one i made to day is perfect if what you are eating on it is more of the focus ... because it does not taste like much. It is just a nice vehicle for the egg, sauces in the spicy spinach etc I put on top of it. I also always eat it open like that. The one on dietdoctor.com is much better as a real burger bun.
