RikuHearts's Logboek, 24 jan 12

Been out sick for the last week, still not feeling up to par, but I'm thinking I'm still going to try a light weight training session tonight to see if I can do anything. Its hard balancing all rest and no exercise when I want to exercise, but also want my body to get better. Hopefully soon I'll be over whatever is doing it to me. I could totally work out without a second thought so I have to keep reminding myself this is better for right now to heal my body, but it is really a drag down sometimes. I've gone over 2 years working out consistently only to have it messed up by some stupid sickness.
