my Last day of Bloating. Bloating has dropped since this Monday. =) My metabolism has stabilized. Eating well. Intermittent fasting. Apple Cider vinegar for Sore throat previous 2 days. Hot tea with Local Honey. Lots of Water. Coffee with Heavy Cream. Yesterday ate Organic Seedtastic bread with peanut butter. I wanted it. Noticed: After 6 lb. weight drop... When increasing calories of Fat, Bone broth, some Healthy Carb, my metabolism stabilizes and/or continues to drop weight. =)
