I truly started this diet at 215, and so far have lost 9 lbs. in approx. a week. Probably from the extreme cut back in sugar. But this is the only diet that has ever worked for me and kept me motivated from seeing the results on the scale. I also saw a little bit of results in one pair of pants I couldn't wear before without it hurting my stomach. Sometimes its hard to see my husband eat the way he does, but I try hard to not let the other foods entice me. :)
