Off today to visit a friend who has come to QLD to care for her sick mother inlaw. Spent yesterday shopping, cooking and baking, so I can take a feast with me. However I was told last night the father inlaw "doesnt eat vegan" That gave me a chuckle.
I have been slack with the exercise. Definitely need to pick that up again. I am also indulging too much on an evening. Replacing previous bad habits with chocolate and I never use to be a chocolate fan grrr. Overall though I am happy to see I can eat around 1100 calories a day, feel full and not gain weight. I just have a few small tweaks left =)

Hubbys weight 85.5 another 1kg loss.

I plan to celebrate Easter by NOT eating any chocolate!

p.s Aldis has easter eggs that are vegan friendly (Choices) and the Lindt dark chocolate rabbit in coles/woolies is also fine.

pst i already ate my egg anyway. Hubby and I shared one as we err had to taste test it to make sure it would pass the kids approval!
