Today I am going to lunch with the ladies I worked with at MRCH, it has been one month since I retired and this is a birthday lunch for two of the ladies, I am excited to see them again. We are meeting at a pizza place, I will have a nice salad and scrap the pizza topping off the crust before I eat it.

Well I think I did okay at lunch today, I ate a large salad bar salad, only ate the right things, and as for the pizza, I did scarp the toppings off of the crust. The only thing that I over did it on was the salad dressing. Had a diet soda to drink.
