Today I had the guts to weigh myself and post it here. I just cannot believe I let myself goet out of control again. I am on my way to the grocery store and will start Induction tomorrow. No point in beating myself up more. I just need to get back to work and use this site to keep myself accountable.

Sherill, I had a horrid summer and gained back 23 of the pounds I fought so hard to lose. I understand. But hey, we are still here, we are still fighting, and that means we haven't failed! We only fail when we quit trying! Have a great day, and welcome back!
