OK, I am finally over this darn bronchitis. Back to the Atkins on Monday. I didn't do bad on the eating choices but I wasn't able to get in the veggies I needed. Lots of broth and comfort food to help me breathe better.
The plan for tomorrow is grocery shopping to stock for food again and then back to it!
