Absolutely no exercise for the last two weeks. I cracked a rib back at the beginning of the month and I have needed the rest to let it heal properly. I've found it rather uncomfortable sleeping so I have needed extra time in bed and feel tired all the time. However, the good news is that my weight is still down this week and the rib has healed itself. Plans are to get back onto the exercise routine tomorrow.
