SturgeonQueen's Logboek, 12 feb 10

Well I was a total bum today... I didn't feel like working out at all when I got home, and we decided to go out to eat. This was my first time since starting this diet that I've gone out and tried to find "good food" at a restaurant... but I was successful! I ate half an appetizer, half a sandwich and an entire salad (oh and a beer!) for under 900 calories! I am very proud of myself.

Tomorrow I'm back on the workout wagon, we almost broke down and bought a treadmill tonight, but I think we're still going to save up for a Wii Fit.

If anyone reads this and has a Wii Fit, what do you think?
