Aubreyfit's Logboek, 17 feb 12

Leg workout was brutal yesterday and I'm still feeling it (hams and glutes) - today's intervals were a bear but was able to get them out in AM cardio without any food, but finished off right before evening workout. Workout today - Chest, quite hard, added in abs for extra. Feeling good, need to tighten up in the waist but abs are showing so far
