finish each day and be done with it. you have done what you could-- remember, if you cheat on your diet, or you don't exercise that day, don't let it bring you down, move on and let go of the situation and try to work twice as hard the next day. looking at past failures is not going to keep you motivated. so accept you screwed up, and move on. get your thoughts together and get back in the swing of things and most importantly, STAY POSITIVE :) :)
