After yester(cheat)day with hamburger,pizza and fries etc and consuming about 1700calories which is 2times more than my everyday, I had a 470cal-day which was freaking awful and hard but I made it... Also did 30minutes dance cardio with a video from POP sugar channel in youtube which claimed it burns 300calories. Hard day but this difficulties will leave me no regrets about how much fun I had yesterday! Hope you all are doing good💕
