Hey Albert, what`s your fiber intake? I hope you won`t suffer with the number 2 in the toilet. Just let us know how you are doing soon. This egg short distance diet come to my head some time ago as well.

@Mal321, rite now i am not having any issue with my regular day. There was no reaction. All well. this is a short diet challenge just to cheat my body that i am not going to give anything you better burn. Next week is a high carbo week again, Body will be confused.
I am mixing the gymnasium technique to build the body here to diet to burn. Keeping all posted now

@Mal321, fiber intake is basically from the almonds (6 every day as breakfast). nothing more. next week it will increase for sure

I think I should go on a 3-5 day and see what happens. Some people add cheese but I don`t know about that part.

I did add cheese @Mal321. Beware the taste of cheese is addiction :) and it makes you eat more and more. you just cant have one bite
