got on the scales today, just to see what my weight was...i was shocked..down 2 pounds...i even got off and back on 5 different times thru my workout..it still read the same...im just surprised....but il take it..hahahahah...

It has to drop with all the hard work you are doing! I am going to put in another 2 hour day today, since I can't go on Tues or Wednesday. Did 5 miles on the bike yesterday--30 minutes. I upped the tension. My legs are protesting, but I just told them to shut up, I have to try to keep up with you :)

hahahah..on keepin up with me..i went bck to the elliptical cause it makes me sweat more..did 75 min on it today and 30 on bike..i thought i was keepin up with you...lol...
