I was thinking of starting on Monday, but I did a soft start today.

I ate an egg breakfast, leftovers for lunch, ate snacks (out of the ordinary for me) & non-meat dinner (just threw something together). Feel free to view my Food Diary.

All things considered, I think I did pretty good.

Low on the RDI%, but I think my RDI should be lower anyway ;)

Carbohydrate (11%)
Fat (67%)
Protein (22%)

I need to work on lowering my carbs, but not a bad soft start ;)
