Down now from 285 to 268. Guess I need to give myself some credit. Although I am frustrated because of my commitment and lack of results according to my expectations. Perhaps society has influenced me a little as far as 'instant results' with no work :) Anyways I suppose I'm getting there. My hip flexor has been sore lately. So, I swam 40 minutes yesterday for cardio. Maybe more swimming. Ugh. I lift though like crazy. Makes sense. Bulking. Lol.
