my brain wont stop tonight.
I made this fitness 2012 bucket list.

Fitness (2012) Bucket List
Work out for 5 Days in a row
Run a Mile in less than 14:01 (my fastest time yet)
Run the entire Turkey Trot at Hillside Jr. High
Run the Bleachers at Royal High School
Run 10 Miles in 1 Week
Run a 5k in less than 43:50 (fastest time yet)
Finish the Couch to 5k 9 Week Program
Run a 10K (6.2 miles)
More soon...


I am going to add more to my list. i can also do more than one of these at a time. some are easy and some are more challenging.
Everytime i finish i can check it off the list and move on to something else.

so anyway... i added a number "5 days" to my list and that got me started on making a schedule of workouts, this will help me complete "10 in 1" and "5 Days" simultaneously.

at 8pm last night i had a cup of coffee, i am still feeling wired, but i imagine it definitely cannot be the coffee. i think i have worked myself into this excited slash motivated mood that makes me want to go running at 1:30 in the morning!

today i ate bad things, but small portions of these bad things.
the family has decided that everyone gets to cook their own dinners, and i think that will help me because i can make a single size portion for myself and wont end up over eating like usual.

i had a pita pizza, pad thai, a fiber one, a mango smoothie with coconut milk sweetened with stevia, spaghetti, and popcorn today.

tomorrow i plan on eating left over spaghetti, another pita pizza: soooooo good! and making a meatloaf for one recipe i found online and mashing a single potato.

sounds like a good day and im looking forward to it.

i am also planning on starting "5 Days" on my fbl tomorrow. running c25k week 5 day 2, and then finishing 2 miles off by walking the remaining distance. then doing "The 25" minus 5 to get me started:



the rest of the week i can share in my next few entries.

i am actually really excited, and i cant sleep so i thought i would write some things in here that make me feel rejuvenated and motivated.


my migraines havent gone completely away. a dull headache still lingers.
I had the goal of running/walking 20 miles in 2 weeks, but with me being out of commission i decide to scrap the whole goal instead of postponing the end date.
Instead, i will just start a new goal of running 10 miles in 1 week.


anyway with fitness on the brain, and a little nausea in my belly, i feel it might be time to put this girl to bed.

i might have to let my thoughts run til theyre empty, but i definitely need the sleep.
