Good morning! It's Day 5 of Phase 1 for me over here. I forgot to weigh myself this morning before I ate breakfast. However, I will say that my pants feel a LITTLE looser. I take that as a good sign. :)
Last night when I got home I made lean pork chops. I found a simple recipe on that website SkinnyTaste.com and made sure all the ingredients were SB Phase 1 friendly. Then, I made brussel sprouts as the side dish.
I feel better, happier. I had really been in a funk and was eating to make myself feel better I guess. It was not pretty.
I did not take the stairs today (I did every other day this week) b/c I forgot to wear my comfy shoes. I didn't feel like walking 5 flights of stairs in 3 inch heels.
Tomorrow I work from home. I'm going to take the baby for a good long walk in the afternoon since it will be nice out. I intend to do the same thing on Saturday and Sunday.
Oh... and my baby officially turned 8 months today!!! Where does the time go?!
