WooHoo! Back down to goal weight. Breathing a sigh of relief that I did it before my final weigh-in tomorrow.
I had a horrible time in Hot Yoga this morning. Someone's mat was mildewed and I'm terribily allergic to mildew. The second I smelled it, one nostril closed and I had that itch in the back of my throat. Couldn't breathe. That's OK. I just chilled and decided that I'd detox and sweat instead.
