Well, I decided to not record my weight this morning because OMG, I was up 7 pounds from yesterday. Seriously 7 pounds??? I know I didn't eat 24,000 extra calories yesterday, so I know that a lot of this weight is water weight. I woke up with my fingers looking like sausages and my eyes SO puffy. Ham...it's bad, mkay.
Had a great day on Saturday. Got my WW lifetime award. Very, very happy about that. Then I went for a 4 mile run, which only turned into 2 miles because the trail I was running on was so muddy that it was impassable in places. Since the trail was so close to my yoga studio, I said, "Eff this, I'm going to yoga." Did a 75 minute yoga class. It was very nice. Then the weather all weekend was so beautiful. For Seattle, that's pretty unbelievable. LOVE this place when the weather is nice.
Yesterday, I was planning on going to an early morning yoga class, but just decided to have a relaxing day instead. We did finger foods for easter meal and went to the movies. Saw Wrath of the Titans. It was better than the Clash of the Titans remake. Which was a pleasant surprise!
I'm planning on doing a 4 mile run again this afternoon on the treadmill. Maybe even try for 5 miles because I need to work off some of that jello cake. :-) It was worth it.
