1Sista's Logboek, 21 apr 12

Today was a great day, I went for a 30 min. walk this morning, in the drizzle of fog, and then just before lunch I went to my first Zumba Gold class, it was fun and sweaty. It was 30 mins. of non stop movement. WHEW !!
