We are in the same boat. Low carb works on going down. Lower carb to maintain. But scary for me as I remember becoming “addicted” to simple carbs. That’s going to be my real battle. Education, accountability, and I’m getting rid of everything that does not fit well. I have said it before. Pink Sweats until I fit my clothes. And also waking up at +3 to 5. Not 10 to 20
