Only took a month of watching/measuring what I ate & I am down 5 lbs to my goal weight! I started cardio for a 1/2 hr at night after the kiddos go down for bed 3x a week too! I feel great! I have lost a total of 16 lbs this year after having 2 more kids & look similar to when I met my hubby almost 10 years ago :-)No more daily blood sugar drops either :-) Started a vitC regimen 2 times a day about the same time as starting fatsecret, taking 2,000mg & have not been sick recently although everyone in my household has.
Here are my current stats 130.2 lbs. 27% BF, 3% visceral, 90.2 Lean muscle mass, 4.8 bone density, 50.4% water. I need 2100 calories a day to maintain, & my real age moved to 27! Not bad for a 42 year old mom of 3 :-)
