I'm so excited, while my diet is insanely boring I have been sticking 98% to plan. I had some low carb pasta yesterday, but I guess I can just write that off as a 'cheat' day? I've been sticking to my diet, and I've been getting in my workouts. I slipped into my 28's a lot easier today which is great. I haven't weighed in b/c its that time of the month, but I'm excited to see what progress I made come Monday. I was thinking of doing a Shakeology Cleanse, it's a 3 day 3 shakes a day, two fruits and a veggie filled salad w. 4oz of protein. My coach lost 6lbs in 3 days and she doesn't even have any bf left to lose, lol. I think I'm just impatient. I have six weeks until my summit, while I knowww good results are possible, part of me can't really break the 166 mark, just like when i was stuck @ 172, and then 169, haha.
