Worked out today. I was so committed to doing it that I drove there (20 minutes) in a snow storm. Made it there and back safely. I feel good! Did 45 minutes of weight training and 25 minutes on a treadmill with a 4.0 incline. Did between 2.5 to 3.6 mph the whole time. I'm feeling very energized now. Tried and elliptical machine...embarrased to say I was done in two minutes!
