It's so hard to wait. I want the weight to come off faster. I have to keep telling myself "you did not gain this weight overnight. You will not lose it overnight". I keep telling myself that but it still sucks when I weigh myself every week and only see 1 or 2 pounds of weight loss. They lose 12 pounds a week on biggest loser. Why can't I do that? I know slow and steady is better and safer than losing tons of weight at once but it's like a slow torture.....
