I didn't weigh myself today... I'm feeling really bloated and didn't drink enough water yesterday. Weighing can really stress me out and make me super depressed if I haven't lost anything... so I'm going to skip it this week.
I ordered a new (and expensive) digital scale last week... I should be getting it in the mail in the next few days. When it arrives I'll weigh and know that it is accurate, and go from there.
Excited about a three day weekend and knowing that I can stick to the plan!!
