Wow, I think I need to take a break today. I am just so worn out. Took a nap that lasted longer than I expected, and woke up just as worn out. I figure two days of physical labor (tomorrow and Wednesday) will make up for it, along with the fact that I WILL be working out on the Wii as well.
I guess it's alright to have a day off of working out, I just start to guilt trip myself. Haven't made the healthiest choices today but am keeping the calorie down... man I just feel so out of it.
I really hope I bounce back tomorrow.
