So I'm not really sure how to classify my job under the exercise journal here...
I am a fisheries biologist, basically, (well I'm a student getting my PhD, but I'm a fisheries professional) - and I go out on a boat, and do physical labor... today we hauled up big hoop nets with up to 20 fish (and I'm not talking small fish, I'm talking MUSKIES) in them, weighing up to 300lbs... so I definitely strained and struggled... however there were also times of just sitting and riding on the boat, or walking around and measuring fish, etc... so I guess I'll just think of it as fishing... But if anyone reads this (yeah right) and has a better idea of how to classify it, I'd love to know.
Went to DQ for lunch, all the guys wanted to - and I was really worried because their menu is nothing but ice cream and deep fried stuff - but I had a side salad, and it was only 45 calories!! I did awesome. No dressing, no nothing. Didn't cheat at all today!!
Later I still plan on doing my Wii Workout, but I need some time to rest, I feel like I'm bobbing up and down still from being out on the water for so long!!
