My legs are hurting so bad today :( We've walked so much this past weekend. I've worked out on the exercise equipment at the park, walked, fished, shopped for like 3 hours. My legs and butt are so sore I can barely walk. Hopefully I've lost a lot of weight when I weigh in.

Remember sore muscles means your muscles are retaining water to help them heal so you can actually see a temporary gain on the scale. Wait until the pain is gone to weigh in.
