ok so I shot myself in the foot this past weekend which resulted in a 1.3kg gain. I'm going to try to not beat myself up to badly about it because that will just result in me going into a downward spiral. I made bad choices plain and simple I didn't eat correctly and I only put in effort for 4 out of my 5 hoped for workouts, it's all on me. but it's a new week I am going to put on my big girl panties and try again. I'm considering making Thursday's my new weigh in days because that was when I first weighed in and hopefully I will see progress from that holding thumbs.
