Rhodes1970's Logboek, 05 jun 12

All in all yesterday was pretty good, I had friends over so we fired up the grill and BBQ'd some leg quarters. Somehow I managed to hook mine up with a lemon garlic rub instead of sauce. (Skin removed of course) I skipped the pasta salad and just did the veggies. All in all my Calories stayed under my RDI.

Also skipped the dreaded Breakfast this morning and had a 90 cal Granola bar.. Will follow-up with Whey protein shortly.

Now I need to figure out lunch since I left mine at home today.
