e-238's Logboek, 03 apr 10

So... against all odds I actually managed to lose weight this week! I feel kind of good about that though I am still wondering if that means that next week I might have a gain (since I know it can sometimes take days for the body to translate over-point meals as weight).

Whatever though. I'll try to stay more on point this week & am walking a little bit more--instead of 30 minute walks everyday (or at least every other) I'm now walking 45 minutes--not sure if it'll make a difference but whatever. At least it's an effort. :D
