I've looked at my sodium levels like HCB commented :-o oh my goodness. I didn't realize that I was taking in so much sodium. I think this might be why I'm retaining water. I can't seem to lose any weight. I've hit my plateau. I wanted to lose more weight before I started running again but I think now is the time since I'm not losing any with the exercise I'm doing. Walking is just not doing it for me. I'm going to start running and doing more strength exercises. I hate to get up early and exercise but if I wait until afternoon I put it off and don't do it. I find excuses, I'm too tired, I have stuff to do, I just don't have time, it's too late. I'm going to have to get it done in the morning. Diet worked to help me lose wait until this point. Well, that's not working anymore. I HAVE to start exercising. I can't put it off anymore. I've started to slack on my diet as well. I'm still eating under 2000 calories but now instead of healthier stuff I'm eating junk. MORE VEGGIES!!!!

"Salt does not cause your body to gain or lose fat. In fact, salt has no calories. High consumption of salt only results in temporary weight gain as it causes your body to retain water. Conversely, low consumption of salt can result in temporary weight loss as it causes your body to expel water. It is interesting to note that many crash diets which boast quick weight loss rely on foods with little or no salt content. The weight loss is mostly water, and as soon as you eat foods containing salt again you regain the weight." -How Salt Affects Your Weight- http://www.caloriesperhour.com/tutorial_salt.php

I have been doing some planks and other strength exercises the last few weeks. Maybe part of the issue is I'm plateauing and gaining some muscle? I'm not sure.
