That's right!!!! I've finally busted through my plateau. I weighed myself yesterday and I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 4 pounds since yesterday??? I don't care.... FINALLY!!!!! I did a little running the other day to see what level I was at and I did some planks and some counter push ups. I think that helped. I did something different. I'm back on the wagon.
