Rhodes1970's Logboek, 14 jun 12

w00t, lets do this!!!!.. 8:16am already completed my climb up 15 flights of stairs, (Counting the 3 I had to come back up to get to my desk) Legs hurt,.. breathing heavy and burning calories.

Gonna do a low fat omelet and hopefully make another run up the stairs after lunch. Hoping to get back in the Gym to do some cardio tonight while I let my arm finish healing.
