I plan on buying 30 Day Shred tonight after work. I'll probably start it tomorrow. I'm already thinking I might have to do a modified version of the modified moves but at least I'll be exercising. I'm expecting to have my ass handed to me but I think it's what I need to bust through this plateau I've been going through the last 4 weeks :( Nothing seems to be working. Time for some drastic measures.

That is a great DVD. I recommend staying at Level I. If you kick into automatic and just do the DVD for the 20 minutes a day you will be fine. I have done the DVD lots of times and I still modify some of the moves. The modifications are a good idea so that you do not hurt yourself! Good luck!
