i weighed myself today, i kept on looking at the scale before i did it, the scale is my enemy, ive been on atkins induction since sunday evening and i feel like ive eaten so often and so much, no way this diet can be working, im skeptical that way.....i took a deep breath and got on the scale...i couldnt believe the number... i even changed the battery on that darn thing and weighed myself 4 more times...very schocked!!! Im happy to say that the scale and I have finally made amends and are becoming very good friends! :)
