It actually took me a week to get back into the gym again. Suffering from a bit of aversion for some reason. Managed a nice 5km run in intervals.. but I'm really out of practice. THen followed with some lifting. I can't think why I am avoiding, but need to push myself back into it. I think the energy levels have just been fairly low with the calorific reduction to 1200 and I have just been lacking motivation as a result. I may have to look at allowing a few more calories :)
