The family and I participated in the 4th of July boat parade this past Sat and after comparing the pic from 2010 I am very happy with the progress I have made. Still not where I want to be but closer than I was.

Thank you, It is hard to see the difference day to day but when you compare older photos it is easy to see. Now I need that 6 pack!!! Not too bad for an old man :)

I wish I had old pics... but I never allowed pictures. Only one I have was when I was about 165, nothing from my top weight at 185 2 years ago. And the few that exsist I'm hidden and all you see is my face. Honestly there aren't many even now at this weight. I still see myself as fat.

Oh I know I'm down to just out of shape more than fat but it's a mental thing. I have bad tummy issues so I could weigh 100 and would prob say I looked fat lol. Well I see it lol, congrats my man!

That's my point... What I see on the scale is one thing but I still see 180 in the mirror...ugh lol!
