sarbobar's Logboek, 03 feb 08

Well, I have succumed to yet another moment of weakness. My biggest weakness of all foods (except for theatre popcorn)... NACHOS. I shared a nachos with my husband last night. He's not a very good influence on me. I would say most of the weight I gained since I met him was from nachos! That was one of our favourite things to do together (yes, eating nachos. lol!).

Oh well. I did eat really well for the rest of the day though! Baby steps, Sarah, baby steps.

I'm planning on going to the gym today and then going to a movie this evening. I'm planning on having the will power to just have frozen yogurt instead of popcorn!!

cheating once in a while shouldnt kill you but dont let it go "overkill" (so to speak) and you should be able to pretty much maintain. I love nachos too but man its been a LONG time since I have had some good ones. Luckily, I'm setting here eating a salad so I am not going to go jump up and get some chips and salsa or anything.
