I am yoyo dieter extreme - Indecision, Thyroid problems and emotional eating are my biggest challenges. The last 2 years have been really tough, emotionally and otherwise.BUT I am trying to draw the line and I have been trying for a few months to change the things I can control. Starting with my attitude and appearance.
I have had the best success with a lower-carb (NOT No carb) way of eating, meaning, my carb limit is lower than others. However, the LCHF way has not had any success with me, neither has cutting out all carbs. Low-GI carbs, but less than the usual recommended - say 2, at the most 3 per day works best for me, along with lean proteins and healthy fats, LOTS of Veg, LOTS of Water, limited fruits. I also Love Tae-bo, Zumba, and I am trying to get fit and run my first 10km without stopping.
Big Goals:
* Get fit (from total unfit state to run 10km's)
* Lose 17 kg's
* Be at happy weight again.
