Slow going since I hit 160. Need to get back with the nothing white program.

I am back eating well. I really helps not having tables covered with snickers bars and people making special things just for you to eat that have all the things you aren't eating in them! Hale! Hale! Broccoli and Kale!
I am eating well again. And hopefully can loose these last 10 lbs before to long. It is harder though because I look so much better now it is tempting to say good enough.

Phewph. Home at last. I can get on with eating like a normal person. Or I should say I can eat like I like to eat, which I am gathering is decidedly not normal. Kale and Tahini.

Ok i am not gaining weight but this residency is making it really hard to stay on my diet. The "girls" as they call themselves, or young artists as I call them, are all between 28-38 and haven't hit that 40 y.o.'s wall of metabolism slow down. They eat like constantly and it is a built in part of our social schedule, lunch meetings. I guess I know what it is like for the rest of you who have real "jobs" now. trying to stay on a diet when people are bringing cookies into work must be really hard. Anyway, I am only here for two more weeks and haven't gained weight so I guess I am doing ok. The worst part is that if I eat carbs, even if I don't eat too many calories, I get really hungry after. Evil CARBS!
