I have no clue where I am at weight wise or what I am doing, but I am SICK and TIRED of trying to do good and failing!!!! We finally got our Insanity DVD's in the mail and I am going to make myself do them! I am actually excited about it, so maybe it will help me push myself! I only have a week left before we leave for Mexico and my goal of being back down in size is not going to happen, but I am going to do my best to lose some more weight before we leave. I just need to stay positive and push when I think I don't need too! So frustrating, but I did it once, I can do it again...I HOPE!!!! :-) Wishing all of you nothing but the best!

Well, not as good as I had hopped, but it is a great start! I didn't follow the eating portion of detox to the "t", but did very good with things. I am feeling pretty good about everything and really getting back into working out! My hubby and I ordered the Insanity work out dvd's so just waiting for those to come in, can't wait he is actually going to do them with me! Well, pushing forward and going to work hard to reach my goal this time. I have a month to lose some more before we head to Mexico for our anniversary and then when we get back I will be going full force again! Wish me luck!

OK, so I didn't change my starting weight when I did my weigh in last week before starting detox, so I am changing it now.
Things are going really well this far, I am am very excited to be able to weigh in and find out what I have lost. I have technically 2 more days of detox, but I am going to go until the 1st of the month with it, as this weekend I cheated a bit plus Aunt Flow is visiting and I don't want to weigh in with that! So this is the weight I am at as of last Monday.....keeping my fingers crossed that I will have good results. I have worked out ever day with the exception of last Friday, so feel good about that. Will be at the gym again today and Thurs and will work at at home on Tues and Wed so I am pushing and hoping that I will have good results! Wish me luck!
Breakfast ~ 2 egg whites and a banana
snack ~ yogurt
Lunch ~ Salad w/ fat free italian dressing
snack ~ orange
Dinner ~ brown rice w/ sauteed mushrooms, green peppers and corn

I am so frustrated this time around...I can't seem to stay on track! I do really good until about mid day then bamb...I fall flat on my face!!!! I started back up when ever it was, then stopped due to remodeling our kitchen (kind of hard to diet with out anything to cook with), but I started back up this week. Have done fairly well, had a couple slip ups, don't understand why I can't stick 100% like I did the 1st time around!!!! So frustrated with it though! I am TRYING so hard! We are going to Mexico for our 5th anniversary the 1st week of May so my goal is to be back down to at least 150 by then, if not better. Have a wedding I am in in September and I will be at my goal weight if not better by that time! I am determined to do this if it kills me...well, not really, but I would really like to meet my goal and feel great again!!! Thanks for letting me vent! :-)

So the weekend after I started back up we started remodeling our kitchen. I knew it was coming, but our counter tops were not suppose to be in until the middle of February so I thought I would have a few weeks to get the ball rolling...needless to say that didn't happen. We are almost done with things and actually cooked our 1st meal last night in our new and improved kitchen so I am going to get my butt back in gear. Still have so much to do in the house that it is hard to eat right at this moment, but I will get there very soon! I am so ready to get rid of this flippen weight again and want to look great for the summer! My goal weight is still 145...if I can get there and stay there I will be so amazingly happy
